Here some guided meditations that can help you in the initial stages of approaching mindfulness.

Sometimes we struggle to stay focused. The thousand thoughts of the day fill our mind, and we seem to jump from one list to another of things to do, of conversations to have. This short practice can help reduce feelings of anxiety.

What state is your body in? In 'fight or flight' or 'heal or digest' mode. This meditation helps you get back in touch with your body and become aware of how it is doing. Focus on your breathing, and then notice the sensations in your body.
